- c) You EXPRESSLY ACKNOWLEDGE AND CONFIRM that Elpis Literary House DOES NOT INDEPENDENTLY REVIEW, VALIDATE, VERIFY, INVESTIGATE, OR GUARANTEE the ownership, accuracy, authenticity, legality, or intellectual-property status of any uploaded content prior to publication. Elpis Literary House relies entirely upon the representations, confirmation, affirmations, and warranties made by the uploading Author.
- d) ALL LEGAL LIABILITY RESTS SOLELY AND EXCLUSIVELY WITH YOU, THE UPLOADING AUTHOR.
- e) You agree to fully indemnify and hold harmless Elpis Literary House, its owners, its agents, and its representatives from ANY claims, actions, lawsuits, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising and resulting from such disputes.
- f) PAYOUT TERMS: You acknowledge that royalties are calculated based on net sales and are paid exclusively in cryptocurrency (Polygon/MATIC) to the wallet address provided by you. Payouts are processed once per quarter (every three months). Elpis Literary House is not responsible for any losses due to incorrect wallet addresses provided by the Author or fluctuations in cryptocurrency value.
